Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was as a captain and a participant of the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In 2012 her year, she received gold in the team competitions as well as the floor exercises. On the balance beam she was awarded a bronze. This meant that she was the very first American at the Olympics with the top number of medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold medal for the US team. She was, together with her fellow teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans - to achieve this accomplishment. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in the all-around individual event and in the floor. It was three years between her last appearance in competitive gymnastics. In addition she was part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics teams. Her first experience with gymnastics began at age of 2 and her favourite activity is Floor Exercise. Aly contributes to the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in memory of her deceased grandmother. As for the future, she is planning to create a profession in fashion. It is also her dream to expand her line of leotards and her socks. Fierce is a novel she's working on, will be released later in the year.
